Inshore/Bay

King mackerel is still the hot ticket right now. Trolling cigar minnows (dead or alive) and plugs just 3 to 4 miles out is good for a catch of the long silver fish. Spanish mackerel are still showing up in the harbor, just outside the pass and in the bay. Spoons and duster rigs work well. Mahi mahi, bonito and blackfin tuna are also showing up inshore. In the bay, anglers are still catching redfish and some speckled trout on the grass flats.
