What's left to catch June - July?

My annual family beach trip is scheduled and the excitment is brewing....especially after a long, wet and cool spring in BHam.  Every year I make the 45 minute drive from Rosemary to Destin for a 8 or 10 hr trip on whatever boat Destin Charter Service drops me on.  The $225.00+ (+ tip) for the 8 hours of peace mid-way through our 10 days of vacation was well worth the cost!  That is until last year and unfortunately this year looks no better!

0 - Amberjack
0 - Trigger
0 - Gag

So that leaves me spending well over $225.00 for 2 reds, some vermillion, maybe some lesser Amberjack, and possibily (albeit rare) scamp, red or black grouper...  Am I missing something, what's left to catch?
