Title: The Hooters Inshore Fishing Report March 27 Post by: Destinfishing on March 28, 2012, 10:35:52 am Inshore/Bay Spanish, Spanish and more Spanish mackerel are showing up in the harbor, just outside the pass and in the bay. Spoons and duster rigs work well. Anglers are still catching speckled trout on the grass flats in the bay, as well as a few redfish near the Destin Bridge, jetties and Coast Guard station.
