Title: Destin area fishing in late November
Post by: skeeter on October 11, 2012, 09:08:42 pm
I have a chance to visit my Daughter in Santarosa Beach near Destin the last week of November and would like to do some fishing. What is in and around the bay at that time? Trout? Reds?
My last trip down was in the spring and we fished off the beach and caught two 40" reds (released) and a dozen pompano in one morning.
Also went deepsea fishing and did not do well.
What can be caught and kept on a day trip in the gulf in late November.
Thanks,
Skeeter.

I just came in from fishing the late afternoon and we had a blast catching Spanish Mac.  Low Tide was moving out but there was a lot still in the Narrows.  Everything was on the South Side of Narrows/Wynnehaven area.  Just look for the top action near the shore and diving birds.
